Printing with Paper Pulp
Paper pulp printing is a beautiful process where you use a silksceen to 'print' with coloured paper fibres onto freshly made sheets of paper. Using no inks, we are printing with fine paper pulp and the image becomes part of the paper.
Bring along some of your own drawn or photographic images. Images that work best are linear, or simple and graphic with high tonal contrast.
Be sure to wear old clothes and remove jewellery as paper pulp can be messy. You will be putting your arms in water, so please make sure you can roll up your sleeves. Please remember that paper making is wet and messy and participants will be standing for most of the time.
