Tea with Head of Editions
Join us on Saturday 30th November at 2pm for an informal talk, and cup of tea, with our Head of Editions, Alastair Clark.
During our Winter Print Fest celebrations, this talk and demonstration will be an opportunity to learn more about the fascinating medium of Stone Lithography. Master Printmaker, Alastair Clark, has over 30 years experience working in the EP studio with this complex and magical medium, teaching, assisting studio members, and working collaboratively with various established artists, such as John Byrne, Victoria Crowe and Rachel Maclean.
This event is part of our series, Unwrapped, focusing on rarely seen treasures of our Permanent Collection, deep diving into different media, techniques, themes and research into printmaking.
Unwrapped is part of our heritage project Castle Mills: Then & Now supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, made possible by money raised by National Lottery players.
